Booking Conditions and General Information

 

  1. A £50 non-refundable deposit is due for each week booked. The balance is due on arrival.

    In case of cancellation, I shall do all I can to relet the cottage, if this is possible I shall return the balance. However, if I am unable to re-let the cottage the rent will be forfeited.

  2. Bed linen and towels are provided on request. (Please bring your own bedding for the cot).

  3. Gas and coal are included in the price. Electricity is charged at 10p/unit which is payable at the end of your stay. The telephone is on an honesty system, with calls made being charged at BT rates.

  4. The cottages are let from Saturday 4pm till Saturday 10:00am, unless otherwise arranged.

  5. Dogs and pets are accepted, but please be considerate, do not let them lie on the furniture or go into bedrooms, and please clear up after them both inside and out.

  6. Do let me know about any damage or breakages, for your convenience and that of the following visitor.

  7. The cottages are thoroughly cleaned, but because time is limited between lets, please leave your cottage as clean and tidy as possible.
