The cottages each sleep 5 people. They are terraced with an enclosed garden to the front. There is also a large grassed play area opposite.

On entering the cottages through the Front Door, there is a Porch leading into a Kitchen which is open to the Sitting Room. From the sitting room kitchen you can access the Double Bedroom, Utility Room with bathroom and the 3 bedded room.

The cottages are comfortably furnished, centrally heated, with open fires and well equipped. (Hopefully we have thought of most things). The sitting rooms have open coal fires and we provide the coal. There
is a colour TV and Video, sofa, chairs, tables etc. The Kitchens are
very well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, etc.

The Utility Room has washing machine and tumble drier. A cot and high chair can be provided if required. All beds have pillows and duvets. Linen and towels can be provided upon request. The bathroom has loo, washhand basin, bath with electric shower over.

The cottages have central heating and hot water system, backed by an immersion. There is a telephone in each cottage. The gas and coal are included within the price but electricity and telephone are charged as extras.
